Telesales Executive – Fuel Card Division
Location: Cork (Hybrid)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm
Contract: Full-time
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join a growing Fuel Card division. This role involves developing new B2B relationships while maintaining and expanding existing customer accounts. The position is ideal for a motivated sales professional looking to progress their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Generate and qualify new business leads through outbound activity and relationship building.
2. Manage and nurture existing client relationships to maximise retention and growth.
3. Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process.
4. Support marketing and promotional initiatives, including online and social media activity.
5. Handle day-to-day administrative duties related to the role.
6. Participate in training and professional development sessions as required.
Experience & Skills
7. Minimum 2 years' experience in telesales, sales, or account management.
8. Proven success in outbound sales and lead generation.
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an excellent phone manner.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital marketing or CRM tools.
11. Highly organised with the ability to plan and prioritise workloads effectively.
12. Self-motivated, adaptable, and target-driven with a positive attitude.
