Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Bar Service Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in providing excellent customer service and leading a high-performing bar team.
About the Role
This is a key leadership position within our business, responsible for overseeing the preparation and serving of drinks, ensuring consistency and quality. You will handle cash, card transactions, and reconciliation of daily sales, as well as support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests.
Key Responsibilities

* Handle cash, card transactions, and reconciliation of daily sales
* Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests
* Report any issues, errors, or faults that cannot be resolved to management
* Maintain a full knowledge and understanding of all bar and restaurant services, as well as general knowledge of facilities and opening hours
* Communicate these to guests as required
* Adhere to all Health and Safety, fire safety, and security procedures
* Foster a positive team culture and promote a culture of excellence
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a busy, quality-driven operation
* Excellent spoken and written English
* A strong ability to lead and motivate a team
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* The desire to provide consistently high customer service
* The ability to work well within a team
