About the Role:Killarney Oaks Hotel is seeking a motivated and reliable Conference & Banqueting Set-Up Assistant to join our team. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided.Key Responsibilities:Assisting with the set-up of the ballroom and other event spaces in line with function requirements.Moving, arranging, and setting up tables, chairs, linens, and equipment.Ensuring all areas are presented to the highest standard prior to events.Liaising with the events and operations team to ensure set-ups are completed on time.Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of storerooms and event equipment.Requirements:Availability to work Friday and Saturday mornings.Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude.Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.Good attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.No previous experience required – full training provided.What We Offer:Full training and support from our experienced team.Opportunity to gain valuable hospitality and events experience.Friendly and welcoming work environment.Job Type: Part-timeWork authorisation:Ireland (preferred)Work Location: In person
