Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
* 5-6 years of experience in a manufacturing industry, with a focus on production, purchasing, or production planning
* Experience in a management position, with a track record of leading high-performing teams
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively
