Responsibilities Supporting the nursing staff in providing high-quality holistic care to our residents.
Ensuring that residents' personal care and hygiene requirements are met to the greatest levels while always preserving their dignity.
Assisting residents with eating and drinking in keeping with their nutrition needs.
Helping residents use the necessary assistance and mobilize as needed.
Escorting or transferring residents in accordance with nursing staff instructions.
Helping with end-of-life care.
Any other tasks that management and the nurse determine are required.
Requirements Qualification in QQI/FETAC OR comparable experience in a comparable setting.
Experience working in a caring environment is preferred.
The capacity to operate both individually and together.
Professional, considerate, and sympathetic disposition.
Be at ease working in a setting that can occasionally be difficult.
Possess a strong command of the English language.
The ability to work a variety of shift patterns from Monday through Sunday, including evenings, weekends, and days.
