Clinical Sales Specialist - Medical Devices & Clinical Technology
Field‑based with regional travel. Open to all medical sales candidates across Ireland.
We are seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist to support the growth of a portfolio of clinically focused medical technologies across hospital and healthcare settings. This role suits someone comfortable engaging clinicians, understanding clinical workflows, and managing a full sales cycle within healthcare environments. This company have excellent current relationships with the hospitals.
Responsibilities include identifying and converting new business opportunities, managing a territory plan, delivering product demonstrations, supporting procurement processes, maintaining accurate CRM records, and building strong relationships with clinical and operational stakeholders. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction.
Candidates should have experience in medical device or clinical technology sales, strong consultative selling skills, excellent communication abilities, and confidence engaging both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders. A full, valid driver's licence is required. A clinical background or experience capital equipment devices is an advantage.
