We have a current requirement for Food Safety Tutors to deliver QQI (formally FETAC) Level 4 & 5 programmes. Key courses for delivery: HACCP and Food Safety, Handling Food Hygienically, Essential Food Safety & Hygiene Skills Procedures. The chosen candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to lead and deliver the curriculum, have excellent delivery and communication skills and the ability to work with people of all ages and capabilities is essential. This role requires high levels of organisational skills and the ability to work independently. This is a self-employed opportunity. Successful candidates should be aware that they will be responsible for making their own Tax returns to the Revenue Commissioner.
Skills/ Experience/ Education
Level 6 or above Food Safety also be registered with (FSAI) National hygiene partnership licensed trainers Training award current Train the Trainer ( Level 6) or Education and Training Degree from recognised third level institute or Teaching and assessing modules taken as part of a Degree/Masters.
