Job Title: Criminal Law Specialist
This is a senior position within the Garda Síochána reporting directly to the Head of Section.
The post provides in-house legal specialism and expertise in criminal law to service specific needs.
* Provide specialist advice on criminal law issues, offering timely and effective legal assistance to senior leadership teams.

Key Requirements:
(i) 3 years minimum experience as a Solicitor or Barrister handling complex cases.
