About the RoleDream Point is Dublin's hottest 21,000 sq ft immersive adventure attraction (launched 2025).We are looking for a full-time, on-site Communications Manager who will be the public face and voice of the experience every single day. This is a pure comms role focused on earned media, influencer partnerships, community building, kids' birthday parties, corporate & team-building events, and turning every guest comment (good and bad) into storytelling gold.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn all external and internal communications for Dream Point.Secure ongoing coverage in Irish press, TV, radio, family blogs, corporate publications and international travel media.Host journalists, influencers, and content creators in-person – giving guided tours and creating live, authentic content on-site.Lead PR and storytelling for our two fastest-growing revenue streams: – Kids' birthday parties (themed packages, character appearances, viral parent reels) – Corporate events & team-building (evening buy-outs, branded activations, LinkedIn case studies)Capture and amplify real guest reactions daily – especially from kids, birthday families, and corporate groups – for Instagram, TikTok, and press.Own customer feedback loop: monitor reviews (Google, TripAdvisor, Trustpilot, on-site comment cards), respond personally, turn 5-star stories into media pitches and 1-star issues into rapid fixes + goodwill wins.Write and distribute press releases, guest testimonials, party/corporate case studies, and "feel-good" stories.Manage on-site community: greet birthday families and corporate groups, encourage tagged photos, run quick feedback sessions, and collect quotes on the spot.Handle crisis and issues management in real time (party booking errors, corporate tech fails, child safety concerns, etc.).Build relationships with Dublin schools, parent networks, HR managers, and event planners.Run the on-site media corner for interviews, live broadcasts, and quick photo/video shoots.Track and report: media value, review scores, party/corporate booking uplift, and sentiment from feedback.Experience & Skills4–7 years in communications/PR (agency or in-house).Strong writer – can switch from magical kids-party copy to professional corporate case studies instantly.Confident and energetic in a busy, child-filled environment; comfortable hosting media while kids run around.Calm under pressure – experience turning negative guest feedback into positive stories or swift recoveries.Available for evening corporate events and weekend birthday parties (flexible TOIL given).Nice-to-HavePrevious work with immersive attractions, soft-play venues, escape rooms, or team-building companies.Basic video editing (CapCut or similar) for quick party highlight reels.Job Type: Full-timePay: €35,000.00-€55,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
