For you, working with us can mean deeper job satisfaction, better rewards, and a great quality of life inside and outside of work.**The Role**We are looking for a proactive **Talent Acquisition** to join our HR team at our Dublin site. This is a key role supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.You will play a critical role in sourcing top talent, enhancing candidate experience, while ensuring alignment with Moog’s values and business objectives.**Key Responsibilities*** **Stakeholder Management** + Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders + Provide expert advice on recruitment strategies, market insights, and hiring best practices + Manage expectations and ensure a smooth, timely recruitment process* **End-to-End Recruitment Delivery** + Manage vacancies through the full lifecycle using **Workday** + Ensure accurate requisition management, compliance, and data integrity within the system + Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout + Prepare weekly reports to ensure the recruitment processes are on track* **Direct Sourcing** + Proactively identify and engage talent through direct sourcing techniques (e.g. LinkedIn, talent pools, networking) + Develop pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche roles**About You*** **Full Drive licence** (The location is only accessible by car)* **Proven experience** in an in-house or agency recruitment role* Stakeholder management and influencing skills* Hands-on experience using an ATS, ideally **Workday*** Demonstrated success in **direct sourcing** and talent pipeline development* Highly organised with strong attention to detail* Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience
