Overview
MCS Group are delighted to partner with one of our valued clients as they hire a Systems Analyst. You will join a collaborative internal team that has rolled out ERP modules across multiple business units. Your role is to ensure these developments land effectively across the organisation, providing analysis, support, and guidance as the business evolves its systems.
The Role
* Support the ongoing NetSuite implementation across multiple business units.
* Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
* Ensure new modules are effectively embedded, tested, and aligned with business needs.
* Provide day-to-day system support, troubleshooting, and optimisation.
* Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth delivery of ongoing improvements.
The Person
* Previous experience as a Systems Analyst, ideally within ERP or large-scale system implementations.
* Exposure to NetSuite is an advantage; ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.) will also be considered.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business users.
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving ability.
