Senior Payroll Leader
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of payroll professionals and foster a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and client focus.
* Oversee the delivery of complex multi-client payrolls, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory obligations.
* Act as a senior advisor for external clients, driving exceptional service delivery and high retention rates.
* Define and execute strategic roadmaps for payroll offerings, championing automation, system implementations, and process innovation.
Required Profile:
* 8-10 years of progressive payroll experience, including 3-5 years in a senior leadership role managing teams.
* Deep knowledge of payroll legislation, compliance, and best practice.
* Proven success in transforming outsourced payroll services, leading large-scale projects, and implementing new payroll systems.
