Warehouse Operative - Cork About the Role: Airport Staff is recruiting a Warehouse Operative for a valued client based in Cork.
We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual who can work independently and collaboratively within the warehouse team.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations, delivering accuracy, quality, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Execute order picking, stock control, and general warehouse tasks efficiently.
Accurately inspect incoming and outgoing materials.
Ensure 100% order accuracy before dispatch.
Maintain smooth processing and delivery of all customer orders.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports as required.
Accurately use the Warehouse Management System (Ciel FW) for all transactions.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer and internal queries via email and phone.
Follow Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards rigorously, ensuring full compliance.
Perform labelling of products, loading, and unloading of trucks.
Adapt quickly to changing business needs with a flexible approach.
Carry out any additional tasks assigned by management.
Ensure full compliance with Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental (QSHE) standards.
Candidate Requirements: Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills for effective query resolution.
