Full Qualified Electrician We are seeking a qualified and reliable Electrician to join a reputable organization operating within facilities management, property maintenance, and refurbishment projects across residential, commercial, and public-sector sites. Key Responsibilities: Carry out first- and second-fix electrical works in both domestic and commercial properties. Perform quality control testing on new and existing electrical installations. Diagnose faults and complete planned and reactive maintenance works. Ensure all work is completed to the highest industry standards. Respond to client queries in a professional and courteous manner. Produce accurate digital reports for management and clients. Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times. Collaborate effectively with supervisors, tradespeople, and other team members. Requirements: Proven experience working as an Electrician. Valid QC Number (desirable). Strong knowledge of heating systems. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Experience in both domestic and commercial environments. High attention to detail and commitment to quality. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Full, valid drivers license. Fully qualified through FAS/SOLAS or an equivalent international certification.
