About the Role: Gourmet Food Parlour is seeking a friendly, professional, and proactive Catering Driver Business Development Executive to join our growing catering division.
This full-time role combines on-the-road event service with a strong focus on business development.
You'll be delivering high-quality food, participating in event service, and actively seeking new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver catering orders across Galway and surrounding areas for corporate clients, private functions, and sports events.
Set up and serve buffet and drop-off services to a high standard.
Identify potential new clients and opportunities while on the road.
Conduct sales outreach, presentations, and pitches to prospective customers.
Maintain accurate records of clients, bookings, and sales leads.
Assist with bookkeeping, accounts, and other financial records related to your events and sales.
Load, unload, and maintain catering equipment and supplies.
Work independently or as part of the catering and sales team.
Requirements: Must be 23 years or older (insurance requirement).
Full, clean driving license essential.
Proven catering experience is essential.
Experience in Sales and customer service Bookkeeping/accounts experience is essential.
HACCP and Food Safety training desirable.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to take initiative and work independently.
Fluent in English.
Enthusiastic, energetic, and professional.
