We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth in the hospitality and events sector across Ireland. This is a strategic and hands-on role that requires strong networking, industry engagement, client acquisition, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and secure new client partnerships in the hospitality and events sector, including hotels, venues, catering companies, festivals, and corporate events.
">
* Develop and implement a sector-specific growth strategy aligned with business targets.

* Tailor service offerings to meet the unique needs of hospitality clients, including permanent, temporary, and seasonal staffing.
">
* Represent the agency at key industry events, trade shows, conferences, and awards.
">
* BUILD STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIPS WITH STAKEHOLDERS ACROSS INDUSTRY BODIES, SUCH AS THE IRISH HOTELS FEDERATION AND RESTAURANT ASSOCIATION OF IRELAND.

* Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, identify new opportunities, and provide consultative support.
">
* Liaise closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of client requirements.
">
* Track and analyze industry trends, seasonal peaks, staffing challenges, and competitor activity.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have:
">

* 5+ years' experience in business development, sales, or account management within the hospitality, events, or recruitment sectors.
">
* A strong existing network within the Irish hospitality and events industry (desirable).
">
* A proven track record of securing and managing B2B client relationships.
">
* Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
">
* The ability to travel to client sites, events, and networking opportunities nationwide.

* Commercially savvy, self-driven, and results-oriented.

* Experience working with CRM systems and reporting tools.
