A prominent client based in Dublin's city centre is seeking an experienced Administrator to support the CFO. In this role, you will be responsible for Finance & Legal admin tasks with a strong focus on office operations.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established Technology organisation. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to the CFO and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Finance Administration: Manage the EMEA credit card program, coordinate monthly reporting and reminders, tax withholding, receipts, and travel expenses.
* Legal Administration: Handle document management, board meeting support, and maintain records.
* Office Operations: Coordinate mail handling, visitor arrivals, onboarding processes, event organisation, equipment management, and supply restocking.
* Additional Tasks: Assist with historical record organisation and secure storage.

* No advanced degrees required – a strong admin/ops background is essential.
