We are hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager for a leading nursing home in C o Kildare, Ireland.

Responsibilities
Oversee and maintain high-quality, person-centred care for all residents.
Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day operational management of the nursing home.
Lead, supervise, and support staff to promote best practice and regulatory compliance.
Administer medications and carry out general nursing duties as required.
Ensure full compliance with HIQA standards, NMBI guidelines, and company policies and procedures.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, GPs, and the wider multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
Must hold a current NMBI registration (PIN)
Previous experience in a management or supervisory role
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Demonstrated interest in working with the elderly care sector / client group
Must have Garda Vetting clearance (or be eligible to obtain)
Relevant experience or qualification in Care of the Elderly
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a management or supervisory position
At least 1 year of relevant experience required
