The Brandon House Hotel, a 4-star family-run hotel with 78 bedrooms, award-winning dining, ballroom, wellness spa, and leisure centre set within idyllic mature gardens, is growing our talented kitchen team.
We are looking for a Pastry Chef to bring creativity, consistency, and excellence to our busy kitchen.
What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a busy hotel kitchen High attention to detail and excellent presentation skills in line with 4 star standards Experience in stock control, portion control, and waste management Ability to assist with menu development and daily specials Strong communication and time management skills Experience with HACCP food safety standards Ability to take ownership of predefined responsibilities Highly motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced environment A strong team player with a passion for customer service We are looking for a team player who is collaborative and supportive, brings a positive "can do" attitude to work each day, demonstrates reliability and commitment in everything they do, acts with integrity and accountability, and shows genuine respect for diversity by creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for colleagues and guests alike.
