About Your New Job as Interior Architect
* Take a leading role in the design and delivery of high-quality interior projects across a wide range of sectors.
* Collaborate with architects, designers, and technical specialists to develop innovative and functional design solutions that reflect client aspirations.
* Guide junior team members, oversee project stages from concept to completion, and ensure the highest standards of creativity and technical excellence.
* Drive sustainable design thinking and contribute to the practice’s reputation for design innovation.
What Skills You Need for Interior Architect
* Degree in Interior Architecture, or related field (Level 7 FETAC Qualification or higher).
* Minimum 5+ years’ experience in interior design, ideally within residential, commercial, or cultural projects.
* Strong design portfolio demonstrating creative and technical excellence.
* Proven experience leading interior projects from concept through to completion.
* Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
* Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
* Knowledge of sustainability principles and ability to integrate them into design solutions.
* Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders.
* Ability to mentor and support junior designers.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Understanding of BIM processes and workflows in interior projects is an advantage.
