Service Delivery Manager
This role supports strategic initiatives to drive enterprise-wide ServiceNow adoption, coordinating cross-functional efforts to enhance IT service management and automation.
* Lead Agile delivery for ServiceNow projects across various modules including ITSM, ITOM, SAM, SecOps, and BCM
* Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope and timelines
* Monitor progress using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps or similar
* Coordinate M&A onboarding projects and vendor management
The ideal candidate has:
* 5+ years in IT project management, preferably in an Agile environment
* Experience delivering ServiceNow projects or working with ServiceNow teams
* Certified Agile professional (CSM, PMI-ACP) or equivalent
* Familiarity with ITIL, Agile methodologies and enterprise IT environments
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience in a hybrid working model and ideally in a managed services setting
