Main Purpose of the job:
To provide efficient, effective support to the chef and other personnel in the Kitchen department, and to demonstrate high levels of product knowledge.
Main Duties:
To actively live the brand values of being Genuine, Inspiring, Vibrant and Committed and to engage others to do the same
To adhere to all company rules, policies and procedures at all times
To wear full uniform including protective clothing, name badge and display a neat appearance at all times
To prepare food lines for sale.
To ensure product quality and accuracy of pricing
To be familiar and comply with all Health & Safety Regulations particularly those directly relating to your role and to report any breaches to store management
Completing documentation in relation to HACCP.
To carry out any other duties as requested by management / supervisors from time to time
