Reperio has partnered with a well-established high-tech startup seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer to help scale production and drive process improvements.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in scaling production for innovative, R&D-focused companies, ensuring documentation, efficiency, and collaboration across multiple teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the company's next phase of growth as it increases production capacity to meet rising demand.
Requirements:
1. 5+ years of experience within a manufacturing or production role focusing on R&D with mass production experience
2. Good knowledge and implementation of DFM, DFA principles and continuous improvement
3. Design and implementation of tools and jigs for assembly and testing
4. Good experience in detailed documentation writing for multiple areas across manufacturing
5. Ability to work with multiple teams, such as supply chain, design and testing.
