Qualified Accountant

Our client a well-established, client-focused accounting practice based in
Cork
, just 30 minutes from the southside of the city, are expanding their team.
We're looking for a
qualified Chartered or Certified Accountant
with a minimum of 2 years' practice experience who enjoys problem-solving, thinking creatively, and working closely with clients.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Tax and Audit Manager, the successful candidate will be involved in a broad range of work, including:
Preparation of accounts for sole traders and limited companies
Account production and review
Direct interaction with clients across a variety of sectors
Assisting with tax compliance and advisory work
Supporting audit and practice operations as required
What We're Looking For
Chartered or Certified Accountant qualification
Minimum 2 years' experience in practice
A proactive, "think outside the box" mindset
Strong attention to detail with a practical, solutions-focused approach
Comfortable dealing directly with clients
Technical Requirements:
Working knowledge of Sage
Experience using ROS
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Familiarity with Core (or similar practice management software)
