What You'll Be Doing
* Develop, implement, and improve QEHS systems, policies, and procedures
* Ensure compliance with Irish & EU legislation and maintain statutory documentation
* Lead audits, site inspections, toolbox talks, and staff training
* Track non-conformances and drive corrective/preventive actions
* Manage equipment and vehicle safety programs
* Support project teams with risk assessments, method statements, and SOPs
* Collaborate with HR, operations, and suppliers to ensure standards are met
What You'll Bring
* Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Quality, or similar
* 2+ years' experience in the construction, retrofit, or energy sector
* Knowledge of Public Works regulations and QEHS compliance in Ireland/EU
* Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO Lead Auditor) preferred
* Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QEHS systems
* Full, clean driver's licence

Schedule:
Monday to Friday (8-hour shifts)
