CUSTOMER SUCCESS ANALYST | DUBLIN NORTH | PERMANENTOur client is searching for an Analyst to join their team in assisting with reporting of customer success. Standard hours are 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Thursday, and 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM on Friday. ON OFFER|

YOUR ROLE|You will coordinate operational and administrative processes related to customer orders and complete reports on customer success. You will work with relevant internal departments in analysing forecasting and business performance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES|
6. Take charge of operational and administrative order processes, including quotations, invoicing, job costing, and documentation, ensuring that all information is accurately recorded in internal systems.
7. Arrange and coordinate orders efficiently, ensuring adherence to compliance and service level agreements.
8. Liaise with customers regarding customer care through calls and emails, striving to exceed expectations for service excellence and satisfaction.
9. Collaborate with stakeholders to provide updates on kpi's for customer service, including on-time delivery, forecasting, and sales.
REQUIREMENTS|
10. A minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar role
11. 3rd-level degree in data-related or business support/ business finance qualification
12. Solid understanding of CRM systems and processes.
13. Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
14. Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment
15. Exceptional customer service skills
16. Full driving licence and ability to travel for business meetings on occasion
