Job Title: Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team of seven Customer Service Representatives, working alongside a Team Lead. The ideal candidate is a 'people person' who provides a professional and customer-centric skill set.
About the Role
The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for helping our customers by providing information on our products and services, answering questions, and managing complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
Main Responsibilities
* Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or face-to-face interactions.
* Handle a high volume of calls while ensuring excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Communicate effectively with colleagues, as necessary, to provide seamless customer support.
* Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
* Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to improve overall performance.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver professional customer support throughout the interaction.
Requirements:
* At least one year's relevant experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a similar role.
* Excellent communication skills with a strong telephone manner, including verbal and written communication.
* Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
* Organized, diplomatic, and a good team player with a proven ability to work to targets and timelines.
* Available to work a 39-hour week, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays and Bank Holidays (rotated among the team).
* Own transportation required, as public transport services are limited in this area.
