Our client is a leading HVAC supplier in Ireland, offering premium HVAC and building services solutions.
This opportunity will take ownership of the high density residential side of their business.
Responsibilities
Manage key relationships with the largest residential developers in the country.
Deliver CPD presentations to M&E consultants and engineering firms.
Engage with consulting engineers and developers to specify our client's Heat Pump and MVHR solutions.
Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients (consultants and contractors) while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Collaborate closely with internal sales and technical teams to ensure aligned go-to-market strategies.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
What Skills You Need
An Engineering or Building Services qualification is desirable.
You should have a minimum of 3+ years' experience in the HVAC industry.
Experience in a business development role within the commercial or domestic ventilation market is highly desirable.
You should be eligible to work in Ireland.
A full driver's license is required.
What's on Offer
Basic Salary €70,000 - €100,000 DOE.
Commission in year 1 should be €10-15k with opportunity to double that in year 2 onwards
You will receive a company car, laptop, phone, and iPad.
