This role offers the opportunity to lead customer relationships, grow sales, and shape the category within the grocery retail sector.Location:North Co. Dublin Hybrid (1 day WFH per week)Travel:Some national & international travel requiredWhat You'll DoManage and grow key retail accounts, achieving sales targets and category growth.Develop and implement account plans, promotional activity, and seasonal ranges (e.g. Christmas, Mother's Day, Easter).Negotiate pricing, prepare weekly price lists, and forecast sales.Oversee stock forecasting and ordering in line with customer demand.Collaborate with commercial, procurement, operations, finance, and suppliers to deliver customer excellence.Manage financial processes including promotional planning, pricing, invoice queries, and cost reviews.Support NPD and innovation for seasonal product launches.What We're Looking ForExperience as a National or Key Account Manager, ideally with Irish grocery retailers.Strong commercial and financial acumen.Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.IT proficiency, particularly Excel.Interest or knowledge in horticulture is a plus.What's On OfferHybrid working (1 day WFH per week).Opportunity to travel nationally and internationally.Autonomy and responsibility for managing customer accounts and budgets.A collaborative, supportive environment with the chance to influence category growth.
