We are hiring for our client, a well-established and growing professional services organisation, to appoint a Junior Personal Assistant / Administrator based in North Dublin.
This Junior Personal Assistant / Administrator role offers a great opportunity for someone early in their career to step into a varied and supportive position, providing day-to-day administrative assistance while supporting senior team members.
The successful PA/Administrator will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations, handling documentation, diary coordination and client-related administration.

Salary circa €30,000-€35,000 (flexible depending on experience)

The Role
Provide administrative and PA support to the wider team
Issue cover notes and manage associated documentation
Carry out quality control checks across paperwork
Manage diary updates and follow-ups
Set up direct debits and maintain accurate records
Handle post, filing and general office administration
Maintain organised systems and ensure documentation is up to date
Support with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
The Person
Minimum 1 year's experience in an administrative role
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Proactive and willing to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
