E Job Overview Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) to oversee the delivery of high-quality nursing care to our residents.

The CNM will lead nursing staff, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and work collaboratively with the management team to maintain a safe, supportive and caring environment.

Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, mentor and support the nursing team including RPNs, CNAs, and new staff.

Ensure that all nursing care plans are properly designed, implemented and reviewed in accordance with best practice and regulatory requirements.

Monitor and maintain compliance with HIQA standards, health & safety, infection control and other regulatory bodies.

Manage admissions, assessments, and coordinate multidisciplinary meetings.

Oversee medication management, documentation and record-keeping.

Ensure safe staffing levels and assist with scheduling, rostering and shift coverage.

Promote and maintain excellent standards of person-centred care.

Liaise with residents families, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.

Participate in budget planning, resource allocation, and inventory management.

Qualifications & Experience Registered General Nurse (RGN) or equivalent registration with a valid nursing licence in Ireland.

Significant post-registration experience in a clinical leadership role, ideally in a long-term care or nursing home setting.

Demonstrable knowledge of HIQA and other regulatory frameworks.

Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Good organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
