Project Manager Location: Cork | Full-Time | Permanent Salary: €95,000 + Car / Allowance + €15k Bonus + Pension + Healthcare Contribution The Company Our client is a well-established construction products manufacturer that has expanded into providing integrated project delivery services for building contractors and developers.In order to make an application, simply read through the following job description and make sure to attach relevant documents.The business operates across residential and commercial projects and has built strong, long-term relationships with developers in the Cork region.With multiple live projects and a healthy forward order book, the company offers long-term stability and growth.The Role As Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the delivery of multiple construction projects from pre-start through to completion.Working closely with commercial and site teams, you will: Manage projects through all stages of delivery Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers Manage programmes, budgets, and project risks Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification Liaise closely with developers, contractors, and internal stakeholders Oversee variations, reporting, and project documentation Attend site meetings and progress reviews as required The Person We're keen to speak with experienced Project Managers from contractor, specialist contractor, or construction delivery backgrounds.You may bring: Proven experience delivering construction projects end to end Strong programme, cost, and stakeholder management skills Experience working closely with developers and site teams A practical, delivery-focused approach Strong communication and leadership skills The Package €85,000
