The Role Design, develop, and maintain high-performance C++ applications Contribute to system architecture and technical decision-making Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and engineering Mentor junior developers and promote best engineering practices Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality, scalable solutions Key Requirements Expert-level knowledge of C++ (essential) Strong experience building and maintaining complex software systems Solid understanding of software design principles and performance optimisation Ability to work full-time on-site in Dublin (5 days per week - non-negotiable) Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
