Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for managing and developing an existing book of business, collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
Your primary focus will be on client insurance needs management, sales oversight, and aged debt collection. Building strong customer relationships through trust, need anticipation, and timely communication is essential to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Insurance Requirements Management: You will work closely with clients to understand their evolving insurance needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those requirements.
* Sales and Activity Oversight: You will monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
* Aged Debt Collection and Premium Management: You will ensure prompt payment of premiums and resolve any outstanding debt issues in a professional and respectful manner.
Customer Relationship Management:
* Establish Trust and Anticipate Customer Needs: You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients by anticipating their needs and providing proactive support.
* Share Information and Meet Commitments: You will communicate effectively with clients, sharing relevant information and meeting commitments to ensure transparency and trust.
Requirements:
* CIP Qualification: A Chartered Insurance Practitioner (CIP) qualification is essential for this role, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the field.
