Create a business strategy focused on innovative fundraising models and identify opportunities for substantial revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Detailed Business Planning: Develop comprehensive plans to generate income through commercial opportunities for Kerry GAA.
* New Business Services and Events: Create and implement new business services and events that deliver significant revenue generation.
* Sponsorship and Partnership Development: Identify, onboard, and manage new sponsors and partners that drive revenue and create added value.
* Business Expansion: Explore opportunities to expand the COE Campus through strategic partnerships and market development.
* Current Fundraising Support: Provide ongoing support to existing fundraising activities.
* Grant Research: Identify various grants available within the GAA and research external grant funding opportunities.
* Fan/Media Hub Management: Work with a third-party agency to build and maintain a fan/media hub as an independent revenue stream.
* Relationship Management: Manage relationships (new and existing) as directed by the Commercial Committee.
* Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for Co. Secretary.
