Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for renewable energy? We're looking for a Commercial Manager / Business Development Manager to drive growth in the energy sector. This is a unique opportunity to sell six-figure solutions to business owners while working closely with a skilled engineering team.
Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in biomass and solar solutions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their energy needs.
* Collaborate with engineers to deliver technical pre-sales support and ensure seamless project execution.
* Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and drive growth.
About You
* Mechanical engineering background or relevant energy sector experience.
* Experience selling complex, high-value solutions with long sales cycles.
* Experience engaging with business owners, public sector organisations, or private enterprises.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Motivated, independent, and collaborative, with a willingness to learn about biomass and solar solutions.
