What You'll Do:
* Lead the Charge: Own the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for both experienced hires and early career talent.
* Elevate the Brand: Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract top talent and strengthen our employer brand.
* Partner with the Business: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver top-notch talent.
* Drive Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment processes and make informed decisions.
* Foster Internal Mobility: Support our employees' career growth by facilitating internal talent movement.
What You'll Need:
* Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment
* Strong experience in recruitment in both experienced hire and early careers
* Experience working in professional services
* A strategic mindset and passion for talent acquisition
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
* A knack for building relationships and influencing stakeholders
* Analytical mindset – be able to work with data and use data to drive change
* A data-driven approach to problem-solving
