This role defines strategy, builds roadmaps, and collaborates with cross‑functional partners including Business Technology (IT), Data Engineering, 3rd‑party vendors, UX Design, Research, and HR Centers of Excellence to deliver innovative solutions addressing ES, employee, and manager needs.
