Ratoath Family Practice is a newly established single-handed GP practice based in Ratoath, Co. Meath. We are seeking a Practice Manager / Administrator to support the establishment and day-to-day running of the practice from February 2026.
This is a part-time position. Hours and working arrangements will be discussed with suitable candidates.
The role will involve responsibility for administrative and operational functions within the practice, including:
* Oversight of practice administration and workflows
* Staff rostering and general HR administration
* Liaison with external bodies, including suppliers and service providers
* Management of practice policies, procedures, and compliance documentation
* Financial administration, including invoicing and basic accounts support
* Supporting the GP with operational planning and practice development
Previous experience in a general practice or healthcare management role is desirable. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential. Familiarity with GP systems and HSE-related processes would be an advantage.
