Pricing Analyst
Coopman Search and Selection is delighted to partner with a Dublin‑based aircraft leasing company that seeks a talented Pricing Analyst. This individual will shape pricing strategies that support the company’s commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct in‑depth research on industry trends, market lease rates, and competitor benchmarks.
* Partner with the commercial team to build and refine pricing models for a variety of transactions including operating leases, sale‑and‑leasebacks, and portfolio acquisitions.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to assess deal profitability, residual risk, and projected returns.
* Support portfolio valuation efforts through detailed analysis of lease cash flows, maintenance reserves, and asset depreciation.
* Assist in transaction structuring and pricing discussions, contributing to internal presentations and client‑facing materials.
* Monitor and report on pricing performance metrics, market movements, and strategic outcomes for senior leadership.
* Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—including commercial, technical, and finance—to ensure pricing decisions are aligned with corporate strategy and commercial priorities.
Core Competencies
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
* Minimum of 1‑2 years’ experience in pricing, valuation, or financial analysis, ideally within aircraft leasing or a financial services environment.
* Strong financial modeling capability and analytical mindset.
* High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a collaborative, solutions‑oriented approach.
