About the Role
REDLOUGH LANDSCAPES is seeking a skilled Landscaping Estimator/Quantity Surveyor
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in estimating and hold a relevant Degree in Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering. Proficient IT skills, particularly with estimating software and Microsoft Excel, are also essential.
Main Responsibilities:
* Pricing tenders for all landscape projects based on drawings, specifications, bills of quantities to secure profitable order books
* Analysing clients' BOQs and returning prices
* Collating quotations to calculate materials, equipment, and labour costs
* Liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
