* Previous experience in caregiving or an assisted living environment is preferred.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a caring attitude.

* Relevant qualifications or training in healthcare or caregiving are advantageous.
* Basic computer skills for task documentation and communication.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
