This role will be key in leading implementations of new projects and solutions related to payments and banking connectivity while providing support internally for critical systems issues.ResponsibilitiesKey TasksLead and support treasury transformation and system rollout projectsDaily support in Trax payment and statements issuesDesigning and implementing payment configurations in Trax in compliance with bank specificationsResponsible for ensuring documentation for both existing and new processes are created and updated as neededTroubleshooting and resolving interfacing issues with Banks, ERPs, and SwiftTraining end-users and support teamAssisting Treasury management with ad hoc tasks and projects as requiredKey RelationshipsGlobal Treasury teams across all geographiesIn-House Bank and Treasury Operations team in DublinTreasury Systems support team in IndiaInternal ERP & IT Infrastructure teams globally3rd party vendors (FIS, Swift) and BanksQualificationsTechnical experience with Trax at either Treasury client or at FIS highly beneficialTechnical experience with ISO 20022 transition at Treasury or Bank highly beneficialIn-depth understanding of XML payments and statements schema as required to manage configuration in the systemFamiliarity with banking systems and Swift connectivityAbility to work independently and manage project stakeholders effectivelyAble to build and maintain strong working relationships internally and externallyExcellent communication and analytical skillsAdditional InformationAs part of our dedication to create aninclusive and diverse workforce, we are committed to equal access to opportunity for people without regard to race, age, sex, disability, neurodiversity, sexual orientation, gender identity or religion.
