Are you our next Data Analyst in our Audit Function?
Location: Dublin 2, as part of our hybrid working model
Grade: Officer
Contract type: Permanent
As part of our ongoing efforts to meet the Firm’s increasing demand for high-quality, data-driven solutions, we are expanding our team. We seek a skilled Data Analyst capable of interpreting and analysing data to derive meaningful insights that drive informed decision-making and enhance operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities
* Help design, implement and embed strong data management and reporting standards
* Transform data into meaningful information and actionable insights through the development of comprehensive reporting solutions
* Use a variety of tools and query methods to analyse data and identify opportunities and solutions, and present up-to-date and insightful analytical findings and recommendations reports to management, aiding in strategic decision-making
* Collaborate with team members to integrate new applications and design functionalities that optimize data usage for performance improvement
* Utilise applications such as SAP, Power BI, Business Objects, Web Intelligence, and Tableau and other internal business applications for data analysis and reporting
Skills Required
* Independent and experienced individual, with the ability to work autonomously and deliver best practice solutions
* Ability to produce high level reporting analytics and visualisation of complex data sets
* Adhere to data governance models
* Demonstrated problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and project management skills, to ensure deadlines are completed on time and to the highest quality
* Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills
* Ability to work under pressure and against tight deadlines while maintaining high quality and attention to detail
* Capable of understanding and addressing complex system landscapes
* Positive can-do attitude and ability to grasp quickly new business environments
* Understanding of professional services environment
* Adhere to KPMG security policies, processes and procedures
* Actively share, use and communicate expert knowledge to develop others
Qualifications & Experience
* Higher Diploma in Data Analytics, or a related field
* Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in data analysis and reporting
* Good understanding of database structures and data architecture
* Expertise in manipulation, integration, processing, and interrogation of large datasets
* Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
* Expertise in data visualisation platforms, particularly Power BI, Tableau
* Experience in professional services industry is a strong advantage
Your Team
You will be joining a team servicing the growing needs of the Audit function in delivering high-quality data-driven solutions, designing functionality and reporting packages to enhance the firm’s ability to leverage data for performance optimisation.
