IT Project Manager - Client Facing
We're partnering with a global technology organisation to hire a Client Facing Project Manager to lead the delivery of AI and data driven solutions.
What You'll Do
* Lead the end to end delivery of AI & Data projects
* Act as the key liaison between client stakeholders and internal teams
* * Translate business objectives into actionable technical plans and ensure successful implementation
* Manage delivery using Agile methodology
* Define project success metrics, track outcomes and ensure that tangible business value is achieved
* Influence priorities and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
* Identify opportunities within client organisations
About You:
* Proven experience managing technical projects in data analytics or AI
* Strong background in stakeholder and client engagement across technical and business domains
* Proficient with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence or MS Project
* Skilled in Agile, Scrum or hybrid delivery frameworks
* Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complex technical topics
* Self-starter who is organised, adaptable and comfortable leading in dynamic settings
* Prior experience in consulting/client facing role
* Familiarity with AI/Analytics projects
* Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile Scrum
