Product Strategy Manager
This role involves delivering exceptional consumer experiences, driving adoption, engagement and measurable business impact through key product propositions.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the strategy for a key consumer-facing proposition from ideation through to market delivery.
* Define value propositions, user journeys and KPIs tied to satisfaction, retention and revenue outcomes.
* Build and prioritize a product roadmap grounded in data research and business needs.
* Lead cross-functional teams in Agile delivery across engineering, design, data and marketing.
* Apply a strong test-and-learn mindset to drive growth and optimize user experience.
* Translate insights into clear product requirements, user stories, wireframes and prototypes.
* Monitor performance post-launch and iterate based on user feedback and analytics.
* Align product execution with wider commercial goals and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
* Excellent experience in digital product management ideally in e-commerce environments.
* Proven track record in owning products end-to-end and delivering tangible results.
* Strong analytical skills including experience with A/B testing, performance metrics and hypothesis validation.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.
* Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership.
* Comfortable with data tools, Excel, SQL and analytics platforms.
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Product, UX or Technology.
