Were seeking an experienced Audit Manager with 3+ years post-qualification experience in practice.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee a portfolio of clients across a variety of industries, including Charities, Hospitality, Construction, and Central Bank.
Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion, with more detailed involvement from the manager in planning and completion phases.
Review audit work performed by a junior team, particularly the audit testing elements of the files.
Liaise directly with clients, partners, and team members.
Support the development of junior staff and contribute to team growth.
Conduct the majority of audits online, with very little work performed on client premises.
Ideal Candidate: Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with minimum 3 years' PQE.
Strong audit and assurance background.
Proven experience managing client relationships.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
