Job Overview
This is a critical leadership role that requires a seasoned professional to oversee operational risk within our organization. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in asset management or funds environments, with a strong focus on fund/investment/operational risk.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of operational risk, including the outsourcing framework and operational resilience framework
* Support from the Group Operational Risk function
* Collaboration with other Designated Persons and liaison with the Board of Directors, Director responsible for Operational Effectiveness (OED), CEO, COO, Directors, and employees
* Incident investigation and resolution
* Participation in committees and regulatory projects
Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled individual with:
* At least 10 years of experience in an asset management or funds environment
* Specific Fund/Investment/Operational Risk experience
* A third-level qualification
* The ability to identify and prioritize areas of importance using a risk-based approach
* Excellent knowledge of EU and CBI regulations and guidance
* An understanding of the EU regulatory framework
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
