This role plays a key part in ensuring the integrity, accessibility, and compliance of our national document library and governance systems.Reporting to the RCA Governance & Support Lead, you will manage and improve the SharePoint-based document library, support compliance and assurance systems, and provide technical and operational support across the team. You'll be a key liaison between business stakeholders, technical administrators, and RCA teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support the SharePoint-based document library, including structure, permissions, metadata, and document lifecycle processesEngage with stakeholders to review and uplift documentation across its full lifecycle—enhancing content quality, ownership, metadata, and compliance, while ensuring timely updates and accurate reportingDevelop and implement document compliance and assurance strategies that identify and mitigate risks, such as overdue documents, incorrect lifecycles, and governance gaps—ensuring alignment with regulatory and organisational standardsSupport compliance and assurance systems including reporting, action tracking, control attestations, risk assessments, and audit coordination, while actively promoting a culture of compliance across the businessSupport and manage RCA systems including SAGOC, prescribed incidents, and compliance platforms, ensuring effective operation, oversight, and reportingCoordinate BU training logistics, manage team inboxes, and provide general administrative supportYour background Strong understanding of document governance and lifecycle managementProficiency in SharePoint, metadata application, and document formattingExperience with compliance and assurance systems, ideally within regulated industriesHigh IT literacy across Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel), Windows, and document systemsTechnical writing and stakeholder engagement skillsFamiliarity with risk/control platforms such as VigilantBasic finance and procurement system knowledgeAbout the TeamNetworks manages and operates local distribution networks and transmission pipelines that deliver gas to around 1.4 million households and businesses across Australia.
