The Role

We are seeking a highly organised, resourceful, and creative Programme Associate to support the design and delivery of CREW's growing portfolio of programmes and projects. This full-time, two-year fixed-term role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing engaging content and events, and is passionate about supporting creative entrepreneurs.

As Programme Associate, you will play a key role in delivering incubation and innovation programmes, engaging stakeholders, supporting participants and alumni, creating high-quality content and materials, and supporting the operational and strategic goals of CREW. You'll be an essential connector within our small, passionate team, working closely with the Director of Programmes & Projects, Project Manager, CEO, wider CREW team, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Delivery & Operations

* Assume responsibility for the operational elements of programme recruitment and delivery, including creating detailed agendas, workflows, checklists, and communications materials.
* Manage communications with programme participants, from the application stage, through programme delivery, and beyond.
* Manage communications for external stakeholders who provide input to programmes and events; inviting speakers, scheduling, onboarding and technical support, follow up
* Create decks, brochures, onboarding guides, and other programme materials
* Conduct desk research to inform communications materials and reports on start-up development, innovation, and government policy.
* Support for grant application and grant management, including desk research as outlined above.
* Coordinate with facilitators, mentors, and speakers to execute scheduling, onboarding, and communications.
* Maintain databases and records to track programme progress, engagement, and impact.
* Support programme monitoring and reporting, including KPIs, feedback, and impact data.

Projects Delivery

* Assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of CREW's national and international projects.
* Support the measurement and reporting of project impact and success.

Events & Stakeholder Engagement

* Plan, organise and support the delivery of in-person and virtual programme events, workshops, and showcases.
* Help create positive experiences for programme participants, mentors, and event attendees.
* Liaise with external stakeholders and partners to ensure smooth coordination and strong relationships.
* Represent CREW at events, exhibitions, or conferences when required.

Content, Communications & Materials

* Create high-quality programme materials including presentations, agendas, guides, and reports.
* Assist with the design and preparation of digital and print-based communications.
* Work with the community and marketing teams to develop content (written and visual) that promotes programmes, showcases success stories, and amplifies CREW's impact.
* Conduct desk research to inform programme development, policy engagement, and best practice benchmarking.

Additional Responsibilities

* This list is not exhaustive. You may be required to perform other duties as appropriate to the role, as assigned from time to time. You will also be expected to assist with special functions as needed.
* As CREW continues to evolve, your role may expand within the general scope of your position to meet market demands, operational needs, or strategic priorities. Flexibility is a key requirement, and you must be open to adapting to changes in responsibilities.

About You

You're enthusiastic about creative enterprise, have a sharp eye for detail, and get satisfaction from seeing well-run programmes deliver real-world impact. You enjoy variety in your work, whether it's organising a multi-day event, creating participant resources, or coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

You are a confident communicator, a great team player, and enjoy keeping an eye on best practices. You take initiative, adapt quickly, and are energised by learning and contributing in a fast-evolving environment.

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
* 3+ years of experience in entrepreneurship, programme or project coordination, ideally in a startup, innovation, creative, or education setting.
* A passion for innovation, technology, and entrepreneurship as evidenced by previous roles, ongoing professional development or volunteering.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; experience of working with start-ups in the creative industries is a bonus.
* Confidence using tools like Microsoft 365, Articulate 360, Mailchimp, Eventbrite, Canva, etc.
* Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives in a busy environment.
* Flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of the community and organisation.
* Willingness to travel periodically for events, meetings, and networking opportunities.
* Strong written and visual communication skills with a flair for presentation and clarity.
* Experience managing multiple stakeholders, building positive relationships and ensuring strong engagement.
* Curiosity, collaboration, and enthusiasm for the creative sector and entrepreneurship.

Desirable but not essential:

* Experience working in a creative or cultural organisation, startup, or public-funded programme.
* Familiarity with innovation, incubation, or training environments.
* Experience preparing or supporting funding or grant applications.
* An understanding of the creative industries and current trends in digital content creation, media, or design.
